Speed, alcohol, drugs: NEVER on a mountain bike!”
Indeed, speed, alcohol and drugs are the main causes of collisions and deaths in off-road vehicles in Quebec.”

Alcohol Awareness 
A good and important message to spread. I always get so nervous when I see the mountain bikers. Glad they are having a blast but they also seem so vulnerable to injury!
