The Inroads program has been specifically designed for young adults with concerns about their anxiety and drinking. This program was developed by researchers at UNSW and Macquarie University, and informed by the latest research on anxiety and alcohol use problems. The program will assist you with developing new skills to manage and overcome these feelings and encourage you to think about your use of alcohol.

  1. It can be easy to just have a drink to relieve stress and forget about uni/studying but its much harder to take your mind of things with only yourself influencing your own thoughts. Its important that young Australians are aware that alcohol can actually lead to more stress and anxiety in the long term.
