No alcohol when you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant

If you are thinking of becoming pregnant or are already pregnant, there is good advice in the National Board of Health´s booklet “Healthy habits before, during and after pregnancy“. The leaflet offers advice on diet, supplements, kitchen hygiene, weight gain, physical activity, alcohol, tobacco, medicine and environmental/chemical substances before and during pregnancy.
