Road safety campaign in partnership with the Gaelic Players Association urging road users to never ever drink and drive.
The #NotEven1 campaign is aimed at making motorists aware of the importance of maintaining absolute focus behind the wheel, and the fact that you should never ever drink and drive, as it impairs performance – which can put both the driver and other road users at serious risk.
For the campaign, a special edition jersey for each of the All Ireland winning goalkeepers was commissioned with the words “Not Even” over the number 1 on their back – drawing parallels between the necessity of a goalkeeper maintaining sharpness on the pitch to avoid conceding a goal, and the fact that you should never ever drink and drive – #NotEven1.”
