“Run FASD is Strength, Tenacity, Empowerment, Hope, and Vision. A virtual 5k event that can happen at your own pace wherever you are. From September 9th-15th, 2021, Run FASD to bring awareness to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.

The dream of Author, runner, and FASD self-advocate Rebecca Tillou, Run FASD encourages people with FASD, their allies, and supporters to make this invisible disability, visible. This virtual 5k can be completed at a walk, run, or roll in your own time, at your own pace from September 9th-15th. NOFAS has partnered with the virtual race platform Gone For a Run to bring Rebecca’s vision to life.”
