NGO NARKO-NE was formed in Sarajevo under the friendly patronage of the Humanitarian Charitable Organisation (HCO) Bread of St. Anthony in 2002. Ever since then, we have implemented a variety of projects across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our vision is to create a healthy society where kids and young people can successfully cope with the challenges of growing up while simultaneously aiding their local community by actively participating in growth and development strategies.”
