Make yourself strong and stay strong

“We all want to grow up well and as healthy as possible. We do not always have it in our own hands, but we can make a contribution ourselves. With the age-related leaving of the professional life begins a new phase of life, which changes much in the social environment, in family and leisure.

Now it is important to make oneself strong for the new phase of life – with “body and soul”.
