“On Monday (November 5, 2018), the National Prevention Campaign on Alcohol, drugs and other psychoactive substances in traffic , which is managed and coordinated by the Slovenian Traffic Safety Agency (AVP) in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Police and non-governmental organizations, is starting in Slovenia.
The purpose of the campaign is to point out that alcohol, drugs or other psychoactive substances impair our psycho-physical ability to work safely in traffic and encourage people to zero tolerance towards these substances in traffic. The action will take place until November 11 , during which time the police and municipal regiments will be subject to more stringent control.”
