ALCOHOL AND PREGNANCY. TEN REASONS TO SAY: “NO THANKS”

“First of all we want to ask you one thing:
did you know that to protect your child’s health, you should not drink even a glass of beer or a light aperitif?

So, let’s talk about zero dose.

Don’t drink alcohol during pregnancy, in fact, since you started planning to have a baby, it’s the safest behavior.

HERE ARE TEN GOOD REASONS TO ALWAYS SAY “NO, THANK YOU, I DON’T DRINK”
# 1 DRINKING ALCOHOL DURING PREGNANCY CAN DAMAGE YOUR CHILD’S HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT

When you are pregnant, alcohol is a toxic substance that crosses the placenta and quickly reaches your baby. Alcohol is poison for your child, capable of producing alterations in fetal development and damage to different organs and functions.

# 2 NO DOSE OF ALCOHOL DURING PREGNANCY IS CONSIDERED SAFE

You are not aware of how much alcohol it takes to cause irreversible damage to your child. No amount, even a small one, is safe.”
