The Parents Matter Campaign is asking parents to talk to their kids before they get involved in alcohol and avoid a potentially devastating conversation with law enforcement later.
Since 2006, 76 South Dakota teens died in alcohol-related crashes. More than 1,000 were injured in alcohol-related crashes.
