This summer, 19 nightlife venues in Dénia are taking part in the renewed “– Riscos + Diversió” campaign, launched on June 27 by the city’s Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Behaviors. The campaign aims to provide practical, harm reduction information about common substances such as alcohol, cannabis, ecstasy, cocaine, GHB and others, helping people make safer choices while enjoying the nightlife.

Each participating venue now displays a clearly visible stand with guides that offer straightforward facts about different drugs, their effects and associated risks. The materials will be available throughout the summer to ensure patrons can access reliable information right where they are. The goal is not just to warn but to inform and support safer behavior in recreational settings.

The city also carried out a route to personally deliver the materials to each venue, with thanks extended to the staff and the local hospitality association AEHTMA for their strong collaboration.
