“On January 31, 2018, the Dutch Institute for Alcohol Policy STAP launched an information campaign about alcohol use and breast cancer. This followed similar campaigns in England and Denmark. To that end, a special website was developed (www.alcoholenborstkanker.nl) where links to those foreign campaigns can also be found. This special website explains why alcohol use can lead to breast cancer and where women can go who want to reduce or stop their alcohol use. The site also has figures and answers to frequently asked questions.

Furthermore, this theme page contains some interesting links, including to STAP’s factsheets on alcohol and cancer and an overview of recent news on this topic.”
