“We’ve just launched our new campaign to raise awareness about the #Forgotten5Million people who are negatively affected by a family or friend’s drug or alcohol use.

These effects can range from mental ill-health, violence and abuse, relationship difficulties, financial strain, isolation, and stigma! We know that going into a second lockdown is going to be hard for these families, and want to make sure that they are acknowledged and supported.

We are calling on the government to #ActWithAdfam and provide proper support for those affected by someone else’s drug or alcohol use.”
