“The Tenth Annual “Out of Their Hands” Spring Blitz began April 1, 2019 in South Carolina. Strict enforcement coupled with a strong media message occured throughout April until April 30, 2019. During that time, the South Carolina Alcohol Enforcement Teams and their enforcement and education partners engaged community residents, businesses, and others to deny alcohol access to those youth who are less than 21 years of age.”
